House Call Doctor is available in more than 15 cities in Queensland and northern New South Wales.
Founded in April 2015, House Call Doctor offers fully bulk billed medical care for Medicare and Department of Veterans Affairs cardholders.
To book a home doctor, it’s as simple as calling 13 55 66, downloading the app or booking through the website.
In most cases, a doctor will arrive at a patient’s home within three hours of making a booking. Home doctors can treat cold and flu, general illnesses, minor lacerations, trauma that requires stiches, severe pain and animal bites.

House Call Doctor has more than 1200 doctors and 40 cars.
Brisbane
House Call Doctor has operated in Brisbane since September 2015, servicing areas from Caboolture to Beenleigh and west to Ipswich.
Bundaberg
Along with Hervey Bay, Bundaberg was one of the original House Call Doctor locations and our service offers after-hours medical care to residents and tourists alike.
Cairns
House Call Doctor expanded into the Far North Queensland city of Cairns in March 2016, helping provide valuable after-hours care to the 140,000 plus residents and tourists in the city.
Gladstone
In August 2015, House Call Doctor expanded its services to include the port city of Gladstone, providing medical services to the city and as far south as Tannum Sands.
Gold Coast
December 2015 marked House Call Doctor’s expansion to the Gold Coast. Home doctors can treat patients at home, hotels, aged care facilities, hotels, resorts and campsites.
Gympie
In July 2017, House Call Doctor expanded in to the city of Gympie, providing much needed after-hours medical services for residents and reducing strain on Gympie’s hospital.
Hervey Bay
House Call Doctor has highly trained doctors making house calls across Hervey Bay to both residents and holidaymakers.
Ipswich
